OUR STORY

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about us!  We are Christina Ross and Neely Shields, proud residents of Chester County, Pennsylvania.  As both friends and neighbors, we share a similar vision for living and working in our community.  A strong sense of civic responsibility, a passion and spirit for volunteering, an unyielding commitment to family, friends and neighbors, and a positive outlook are the shared values that bond us together and keep us striving for continual improvement and growth.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Through our personal experiences as board members working with large, corporate property management companies, we discovered that there is minimal support available for small to medium sized communities.  We were consistently left waiting for answers and never treated as valued customers.  Next Door Property Management, LLC was born from our desire to offer an incentivized partnership, where our 
management company provides exceptional, solutions-based service because we truly identify with our clients and their needs.
