Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about the team! I am Christina Ross, a proud resident of Chester County, Pennsylvania. My vision for living and working in the community is built on a strong sense of civic responsibility, a passion and spirit for volunteering, and an unyielding commitment to family, friends and neighbors. My team and I share these core values and are always striving for continual improvement and growth.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Through my personal experience as a board member working with large, corporate property management companies, my fellow volunteers and I discovered that there is minimal support available for small to medium sized communities. And, the support that is available comes at a significant cost to the homeowners, both in time and money. We were consistently left waiting for answers and never treated as valued customers.
Next Door Property Management, LLC was born from my desire to offer a partnership founded on the shared perspective that the management company provides exceptional, solutions-based service at a fair price because, as members of the local community, they truly identify with the needs of their clients.
